Event Brief :

Counter Strike can be played as SOLO as well as in GROUP. If there is a group, there shall be group of 5 participants only.

Rules / Guidelines / Judging Criteria For LAN Gaming(CS)

- Judging Criteria :

- The judging criteria will be depend on number of participants, number of rounds and scores of the event.
- Competition Method:
          1) Team Play (5 players per team). OR
          2) 1 v 1 Solo Play.

Winning a Round:
- Team that kills all the members of the opposition team wins the round.
- If terrorists successfully bomb a base then they win the round.
- If bomb is successfully diffused then Counter-terrorists win the round.

- Knockout Round  match to decide winner
- Final winners will be declared among 4 team on 2nd day of event.(on DAY 1st -2 team and on DAY 2nd 2 team)
- Those 2 teams will ranked by their winning margin.
- 4 Teams are qualify for LEAGUE MATCH.
- Winner and Runner Up will be awarded.
- Judges can make any changes in criteria at the time of event.
- Jury decision will be final decision.
- All the rights are reserved with MUFEST 2018 event committee.

Note:
- The above rules may change and should be checked by the participants before the start of the event. The coordinators reserve the rights to change the rules depending upon the situations.
- Rules and Information will be announced before the start of each game.

- Entry Rules & Guidelines :

- A coin toss will determine starting sides, Counter-Terrorist or Terrorist.

Winning a Round:
- Team that kills all the members of the opposition team wins the round.
- If terrorists successfully bomb a base then they win the round.
- If bomb is successfully diffused then Counter-terrorists win the round.


- The Server Master will be recording the process of the match.
- Any player who has died cannot communicate by ANY means (No gesture or verbal communication will be allowed) with any other team member or opponent until the beginning of the next round.
- The map that each team will play will be randomly picked for each match by Server Admin.
- Substitution is not allowed in any case.
- Standard Keyboard and Mouse are provided. (You can bring your own.)
- Disconnection is any network connection break occurring during the match and caused by system faults, network problems, PC errors or power failure etc. In case of server disconnection, game will be restarted. In case of client disconnection, no benefit will be given.
- Any form of cheating, including but not limited to intentional disconnects, ping flooding, server crashing, etc., will result in immediate disqualification of the individual and/or team.
- The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event rules.
