Event Brief :

A treasure hunt is a game or activity in which items are hidden in a particular area for students to search out and find. Usually, they're given a set of clues to help them do this. The “seekers” need to read each clue they find and figure out the next location

Rules / Guidelines / Judging Criteria For Treasure Hunt

- Judging Criteria :

Round 1:

1. Reporting on time with team 2. Reporting on time with all the content of Round 1 3. Teamwork and co ordination. 4. Following all the norms is mandatory 

Round 2. 

1. Reporting on time 2. Reporting with all team members. 3. Reporting with all the clues. 4. Collections of the clues in sequence 5. Skipping of the clues is not considered. 6. Teamwork and coordination 7. Following all the norms is mandatory. 

Rpund 3. 

1. The first three teams who reports with the given task with all the team members 2. Team work and coordination 3. Following of the norms is mandatory 

- Entry Rules & Guidelines :

1. All teams must have 5 membersif any member is absent or late in reporting, then it leads to disqualificationof the team.

2. Teams must stay together during the treasure hunt with the ID card and are encouraged to work together to solve the clues.

3. The clues are required to be submitted by all the team members to the desk of the registration.

4. The clues are to be found in a particular order.

5. A team cannot skip a clue. Skipping a clue leads to disqualification of the team.

6. All the means used by the teams should be fair; in case of any violation of the rules or any use of unfair means, teams will be disqualified from the contest.

7. Organizers are free to make any changes, which will be informed prior to the competition.

8. Organizing committeedecisions will be final during the entire event.

The first three team in a Third round are considered as winners
