Event Name : MATHS CROSS PUZZLE

Event Brief :

"A new twist on a classic favourite, these MATH CROSSWORD PUZZLES is both fun and challenging." A “Math Cross Puzzle” is word puzzle that normally takes the form of a square or a rectangular grid of white and black shaded squares. The goal is to fill the white squares with letters, forming words or phrases related to Mathematics, by solving clues which lead to the answers. In languages that are written left-to-right, the answer words and phrases are placed in the grid from left to right and from top to bottom. The shaded squares are used to separate the words or phrases.

The Event Math-Cross-Puzzle will be executed asEasy-Medium-Hard Levellers using the Mathematics sub topics like, Geometry,Algebra, Probability and Statistics, Basic Number Theory, Logical Reasoning etc.This event consists of three rounds. The list of puzzles that appeared for the event is:

ROUND 1:

Round 1 is a qualifying round with having someEasy Leveller Puzzles. Here we use straight or quick type puzzle. Basically weuse simple definitions, Anagrams and Themes.

            

ROUND 2:

Round 2 will be slightly more complicatedwhere in participants are requested to crack down any one of the following Puzzles.

1.     ORTHOGRAPHY

2.     CRYPTIC

3.     checked, keyed orcrossed

ROUND 3:

Round3 is a final Round slightly more difficult than the previous rounds so be readyand have some blast of mind.
