Rules & Regulations for Esports Event

1. General Rules

• All participants must register before the event. Late registrations will not be accepted.

• Players must use their real names and team names during registration.

• Players must arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before their match.

• Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics is strictly prohibited.

2. Team & Player Conduct

• Each team must consist of 3 players, with the option to have 1 substitute player.

• Substitutions are allowed between matches but not during an ongoing match.

• Players must maintain sportsmanship and respect towards opponents, referees, and organizers.

• Any form of abusive language, harassment, or toxicity will result in disqualification.

• Disputes must be addressed to the tournament officials immediately.

3. Match Rules

• Game Mode: Mineral Hunt

• Match Duration: 5 minutes per game

• Victory Condition:

• The team with the highest number of Minerals wins.

• In case of a tie, the team with the highest number of Kills will be declared the winner.

• Equipment: Players can use event-provided devices or bring their own controllers/headphones (if allowed).

• Internet & Technical Issues: If a match is disrupted due to technical issues, the organizers will decide whether to restart the game.

4. Disqualification & Penalties

• Players caught using unfair advantages (cheats, hacks, bugs, etc.) will be banned immediately.

• If a team fails to show up within 10 minutes of their match time, they forfeit the game.

• Any attempts to manipulate match outcomes (e.g., match-fixing) will lead to team disqualification.

5. Streaming & Media

• Matches will be live-streamed on a projector for audience viewing.

• Players and teams must agree to be recorded and photographed during the event.
