Event Brief :

The Ultimate Card Hunt Challenge is an exciting and adventurous team-based event where participants engage in a strategic search for hidden cards based on given clues. This event is designed to test participants' problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and strategic planning while incorporating an element of mystery and thrill. The event is structured in a way that ensures engagement, competitiveness, and fun for all involved. Event Structure 1. Initial Clue Distribution o At the start of the event, each participating team will be provided with a single clue. o This clue will act as the key to beginning their hunt and will lead them to the first card in the series of ten required cards. 2. Hunting for the Ten Main Cards o Participants must use the provided clue to locate their first card. o Each card found will contain another clue, guiding them to the next card. o The teams must continue this process until they have successfully acquired all ten main cards. o The clues will be designed to test different skills, including logic, deduction, physical activity, and knowledge of specific topics. 3. Power Cards – Boosting the Team’s Strength o In addition to the ten required cards, the event features special power cards. o These power cards provide teams with additional benefits, such as hints, the additional benefits. o Some power cards may allow a team to skip a challenging clue, making their hunt easier. o These cards are hidden in more difficult locations and require extra effort or a special challenge to obtain.

Rules / Guidelines / Judging Criteria For Hunter x Card

- Judging Criteria :

1. Number of Card teams will find 

                            2. Time limit (less time taken) 

                          

Rules: 1. Only teams of 3-5 members are allowed. 

2.      No smartphone or smart gadget is allowed during theevent. 

3.      A penalty will be given for asking extra hints. 

4.      Each team must find all required clues within theallotted time. Once the timer runs out, the game ends. 

5.      Do not damage or mark the cards forcefully. 

You should not bend, tear, or hide any cards togain an unfair advantage

- Entry Rules & Guidelines :

The determination of the winning team is based on two key factors: 

1.      Cards Acquired (Primary Criterion): 

o    The team that successfully collects all ten main cards first is given the highest priority in ranking. 

o    If multiple teams acquire all ten cards, the second criterion will be used to break the tie. 

2.      Time Taken (Secondary Criterion): 

o    In the case where more than one team collects all ten cards, the team that completes the hunt in the shortest time will be declared the winner. 

o    If no team manages to find all ten cards, then the team with the highest number of collected cards will win. 

Strategic Elements and Challenges  

       Teamwork: 

o    Each team must strategize and allocate tasks efficiently to maximize their chances of locating the cards quickly. 

o    Effective communication and coordination will be crucial for interpreting clues correctly and making strategic decisions. 

       Speed vs. Accuracy: 

o    Teams must balance the urgency of completing the hunt quickly with the necessity of correctly interpreting clues to avoid wasted time. 

o    Rushing through without solving clues correctly may lead to unnecessary detours, costing valuable time. 

       Decision-Making: 

o    Teams must decide whether to spend time searching for power cards or focus solely on acquiring the main cards. 

o    The ability to steal a card or gain a hint can significantly impact the game’s outcome. 

Engagement and Excitement Factors  

       Obstacles and Challenges: 

o    Some clues may lead to physical or mental challenges that must be completed before obtaining the next card. 

o    Teams may face minor penalties for incorrect guesses, adding an extra layer of strategy to the game. 

       Surprise Twists: 

o    Organizers may introduce surprise twists, such as a sudden relocation of certain cards, or a time-limited bonus card that provides an advantage to the first team to find it.
