Event Name : Circuit Savior

Event Brief :

This is a Technical Event and will have three rounds. Stage: 1 First stage contains 10 to 15 slides of electrical apparatus, semiconductor components, characteristics, graphs, protection devices etc. Each slide appears for 5 to 7 seconds only. MCQ test will be conducted at the end of slideshow. Stage: 2 Stage two consist of a list of circuits which we’ll provide to the teams. Later there will be an auction in which particular circuits will have a price. Each circuit will have different base price depending on the amount of difficulty level in which complicated circuits will have low base price and vice versa. They can bid on the circuits by the virtual points provided to them. There will be total 12000 points in which 6000 points will be for circuit biding and rest 6000 will be on time base in which per minute will have the value of 50 points. Stage: 3 This is a technical treasure hunt round. Participants will be provided clues having some circuit to solve. Use clues and reach to the location and new clues will be available at that location. After Solving all the clues participants needs to reach final location along with all team members. Based on time taken to complete from beginning of the round winners will be declared.

- Judging Criteria :

Round 1: Based on score of Quiz 
Round 2: Based on Maximum points saved
Round 3: Based on Time of completion

- Entry Rules & Guidelines :

  •        The event is open to all students.

           Participants must register before theevent starts.

           The event consists of 3 rounds(stages).

           It is a group event where maximum 3member can be in a group.

           Each participant must be present inall rounds of event.

           After each round, according theresults group elimination will be executed.

           Participants must follow theinstructions given for the event.

           Any attempt to cheat or break therules will lead to disqualification.

           The event coordinators and judgeswill have the final say in case of any disputes.

           Prizes will be awarded to the topthree groups.
