Event Brief :
The Bharatiya Knowledge System Quiz is an initiative aimed at educating and engaging participants with India's vast and diverse historical, scientific, and cultural heritage. This event will cover various aspects of Bharatiya knowledge, including ancient sciences, architecture, Ayurveda, Vedic mathematics, temple construction, ancient warfare strategies, classical literature, and philosophical traditions.
The quiz will be structured into multiple rounds with increasing difficulty levels to test participants’ knowledge comprehensively.
Topics Covered
The event will comprehensively cover all minor and major aspects of the Indian Knowledge System, including but not limited to:
1. Vedic and Classical Literature (Rigveda, Upanishads, Mahabharata, Ramayana, etc.)
2. Indian Philosophical Traditions (Nyaya, Samkhya, Advaita Vedanta, Jainism, Buddhism)
3. Ancient Science & Technology (Ayurveda, metallurgy, town planning, irrigation)
4. Architecture & Temple Construction (Dravidian, Nagara, Vesara styles)
5. Ancient Indian Mathematics & Astronomy (Baudhayan theorem, Aryabhata, Brahmagupta)
6. Military and Warfare Strategies (Kautilya’s Arthashastra, Mauryan & Gupta warfare)
7. Indian Classical Arts & Music (Natya Shastra, Ragas, Bharatanatyam, Kathakali)

- Accuracy – Correctness of the answers.
- Speed – Response time in case of tie-breakers.
- Depth of Knowledge – Additional insights or explanations (if required in advanced rounds).
- Presentation – Clarity and confidence in explaining answers (Final Round).
- Entry Rules & Guidelines :
- Open to students from all backgrounds.
- Participants can register individually (no team participation allowed).
- No use of external materials or digital devices is allowed during the quiz.
