Event Brief :
The Selfie Scavenger Hunt is a dynamic and engaging activity where participants follow a list of clues or challenges, taking selfies at designated locations or completing specific tasks. Participants will compete in teams, with the goal of completing the most challenges within the allotted time. The event will combine elements of a traditional scavenger hunt with the fun and interactive nature of taking selfies.

Selfie scavenger hunt
- Judging Criteria :
Winners will be determined based on creativity, humor, relevance to the challenge, and overallquality of the selfie. The judges' decision is final.
- Entry Rules & Guidelines :
GENERAL RULES
1. Team Formation: Participants can compete in teams of 5 members. All team members must be present in the final submission photo for each challenge unless otherwise specified.
2. Time Limit: The scavenger hunt will last for 2 hours. All selfies must be submitted during the event time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
3. Location Boundaries: The hunt will be confined to the Marwadi University campus. Selfies taken outside these boundaries will be disqualified.
4. Respectful Conduct: Do not trespass, damage anything, or disturb other individuals doing their work. Maintain appropriate behavior and noise levels.
5. No Purchasing Required: Challenges should not require participants to purchase anything. Use existing resources and locations.
6. Photo Integrity: Selfies must be genuine and taken during the event. No photoshopping or other alterations are allowed. The date and time of the photo will be checked.
7. One Submission per Challenge: Only one selfie per challenge per team will be accepted. Choose your best shot!
SELFIE SPECIFIC RULES
1. Clear Visibility: Selfies must be clear and in focus. The subject of the selfie the participants and the objector location specified in the challenge must be easily recognizable.
2. Proof of Location/Item: For challenges involving specific locations or items, the location or item must be clearly identifiable in the selfie. Click the selfie while in any means displaying the clue that was given to you to reach the specific location.
3. Selfie Stick/Tripod Use: The use of selfie sticks or tripods is permitted. However, no external assistance from non-participants is allowed in taking the selfies.
4. No Professional Photography: Professional photographers are not allowed. Selfies must be taken using mobile phone cameras.
5. Challenge Interpretation: The interpretation of each challenge is at the discretion of the participants. Be creative, but stay within the spirit of the challenge. If there are any questions, ask the event organizers for clarification before submitting the selfie.
6. Submission Method: Selfies must be submitted through google drive. A folder will be made and shared on the WhatsApp group which will be created later on.
