Rules & Regulations for Fashion Show
- Team Composition:
Each team must have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 14participants.
A single participant cannot be part of multiple teams.
- Theme: Teams must follow a specific theme of their choice. The theme must be submitted during registration.
- Time Limit: Each team will get 8-10 minutes to perform, including entry and exit. Exceeding the time limit may result in point deductions.
- Music & Props:
- Teams must bring their own music track in a USB drive (MP3 format).
- Any props or accessories must be pre-approved by the event coordinator.
- Costume Guidelines:
- Costumes should be decent and appropriate for a college event.
- Any form of obscenity or indecency in costumes, gestures, or performances will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Choreography & Performance:
- No vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate gestures are allowed.
- Wardrobe malfunctions are the responsibility of the team; ensure proper fittings and rehearsals.
- Use of fire, liquids, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
- Backstage Management: Teams must report 30 minutes before their performance.
- Decisions of Judges: The jury’s decision will be final and binding. No disputes will be entertained.
- Disqualification Clause: Any team violating the rules or engaging in misconduct will be immediately disqualified.
