Event Brief :

Zaika Duniya Ka- An International Food Fiesta aims at showcasing food/cultural diversity of different states/countries in MU Campus. Each team representing different states/countries need to present the local street food of their regions supporting the theme "Health & Hygiene."

Rules / Guidelines / Judging Criteria For International Food Fiesta

- Judging Criteria :

Prepared Dishes will be evaluated based on following parameters:
1. Taste of dish
2. Nutrition level
3. Cleanliness and Presentation
4. Variety of ingredients used and their hygiene combinations
5. Unique name of the dish 

Decision taken by judges will be considered final.

- Entry Rules & Guidelines :

1. Each State/Country would be represented by only one team
2. Team shall be comprising of maximum four members
3. Dress code for all the team members shall be the traditional costumes representing
respective state/country
4. Participants should not bring any pre-cooked items.
5. All the items required for cooking should be brought by the participants themselves,
including water, Only a working table will be provided.
6. Participants should not bring any cut, chopped or grated raw materials. They should
process it on the spot within the allotted time of 2.5 hours
7. Dishes should be purely vegetarian and supporting health and hygiene theme
8. Participants can bring non-electric equipments like mixer, chopper, juicer, grater etc.,
9. Participants must prepare a dish of around 1Kg for the judges as well as other dignitaries for tasting.

Winners

Top two teams selected by judges will qualify for Winners and runners-up
