- Entry Rules & Guidelines :

• Participants can use Instagram Reels and VN editor app only.
• Reels to be captured of MU FEST 2025 events only.
• It is the responsibility of the participant to take consent of the persons before capturing the reels. Violation of privacy of a person will lead to disqualification.
• Content in the Reels must not hurt any person or group of persons' rights, beliefs, or sentiments.
• Reels can be shot with mobile phone cameras only. DSLRs, 360 cameras, GoPRO, and mirrorless cameras are strictly prohibited.
• Stabilization devices like tripods, gimbals, etc., are not allowed.
• Extra lighting provided by tools like ring lights, external flashlights, etc., is not allowed.
• Reels can be of time duration 30 to 60 seconds only.
• If any participant is caught taking help from any other person, then the participant will be disqualified on the spot.
• Participants have to share source files with the organizing team and also the screenshot of the VN project (Editing).
• Reels must be shot only for MU Fest events.
• The decision of the jury will be final.
• Videos must be in MP4 format only.
• Participants must have their handle written inside the video as a watermark—this will act as a copyright.
