Event Brief :

AI Spark is a competitive activity where students in teams propose and present AI-driven ideas to tackle societal, economic, environmental, or other ecosystem challenges. Rather than building AI models, participants will focus on conceptualising practical applications of AI using existing tools and approaches.

Rules / Guidelines / Judging Criteria For AI-SPARK

- Judging Criteria :

      Innovation & Creativity unique and original is the idea? (25 points)

      Impact & Relevance – Does it solve a real-world problem? (25 points)

      Feasibility – Can the idea be practically implemented? (25 points)

      Presentation & Clarity – How well is the idea explained? (25 points)


- Entry Rules & Guidelines :

Open to all students from engineeringmanagement, pharmacy, law, and other disciplines.
Participants can register in teams (maximum 4 members per team).

Fee per team is: ₹200/-

No prior AI or programming knowledge is required—idea, creativity, and impact matter most!

Participants are suggested to prepare a concept note, and they may present their concept in the following manner. However, it is not not compulsory.

    • Problem Statement
    • Proposed AI solution
    • Expected impact
    • Feasibility & implementation approach

General Rules
🔹 Original Work Only—Ideas must be the team’s own; copying existing AI projects will lead to disqualification.
🔹 No Coding Required—The focus is on concept and application, not programming.
🔹 AI Ethics & Responsibility – Solutions should align with ethical AI principles, ensuring fairness, transparency, and no harm to society.
🔹 Respect for Time Limits – Each team must strictly adhere to time limits during the presentation.
🔹 Judges Decision is Final—Scoring and feedback by the panel will be fair and non-negotiable.
