Know the MU Campus??? Then Help the other MUTIES to explore it in a way that no one has ever imagined before!!! You have the excellent opportunity to explore and show the MU Campus to the MUTIES from a POV perspective!!! Capture the beautiful memories of the MU fest by recording all the events in form of reels!

Rules / Guidelines / Judging Criteria For Reels Mania

- Judging Criteria :

• Creativity and originality: Judges will likely be looking for videos that demonstrate a unique and creative approach to storytelling or cinematography.
• Technical proficiency: Judges may evaluate the technical aspects of the video, such as the quality of the visuals and audio, the editing, and the use of special effects.
• Narrative structure: The way the story is structured and how the video flows can be important criteria for judges. They may look for a compelling story line or a cohesive theme that ties the video together.
• Emotional impact: The ability of the video to evoke emotions or to connect with the viewer can be a crucial criterion. Judges might look for videos that are powerful, moving, or thought-provoking.
• Adherence to the competition rules: Judges will also evaluate whether the video adheres to the rules and requirements of the competition.
• Overall impression: Finally, judges may take an overall impression of the video, including how well it meets the objectives of the competition, and whether it stands out among the other entries.

- Entry Rules & Guidelines :

1.       Participants can use Instagram Reels and VN editor app only.

2.       Reels can be shot with mobile phone cameras only.  DSLRs, 360 cameras, Go PRO and mirrorless cameras are strictly prohibited.

3.       Stabilization devices like tripod, gamble etc. are not allowed.

4.       Extra lightings provided by tools like ring light, external  flash lights etc.  are not allowed.

5.       Reels can be of time duration 30 to 60 seconds  only.

6.       If any participant is caught taking help of any other person then participant will be disqualified on the spot.

7.       Participant have to share source files with organizing team and also the screenshot of VN project(Editing).

8.       Reels must be shooted for MU Fest events only.

9.       Decision of Jury will be final
