Event Brief :
In microbiology, streaking is a technique used to isolate a pure strain from a single species of microorganism, often bacteria. Samples can then be taken from the resulting colonies and a microbiological culture can be grown on a new plate so that the organism can be identified, studied, or tested.

- Entry Rules & Guidelines :
1. Students has to bring their own loop, lab coat and mask.
2. Petri plates with one mixed smear will be provided.
3. Time limit is 10 minutes.
4. Participants has to cooperate with volunteers.
