Event Name : SaptaRaga - The singing show

Event Brief :

Saptaraga is a thrilling non-technical event at MU Fest 2025, offering students the opportunity to showcase their singing talent. Participants can compete either solo or as part of a group, adhering to the given constraints. Their performances will be evaluated by judges, and the top performers will be crowned winners.

Event Detail:
1.Solo Performances(Live Karaoke)
2.Group Performances(Live Karaoke)

Team Formation :
Solo:Single participant
Group: 3(minimum) to 6(maximum) members

Language Preferences:
Performers can select from Hindi, English or Gujarati(Any 3 from mention here) Languages.

Registration fees:
Solo:100 RS.
Group: Per member 100 RS. extra 100 RS.(For ex. 4 members=500 Rs.)

Material Constraints:
Performers are required to arrange and bring their own instruments.
Students must bring their own accompanist for instrumental support, but the accompanist will not be considered a participant.
For karaoke performances, participants must submit their track in advance.

Performance Time:
Solo performance will be given maximum 3 minutes for performance.
Group performance will be given maximum 5 minutes for performance.
Setup time will be maximum 2 minutes.

Failure Criteria:
Any Participants take more time than given limit will be disqualifying.
“The Judges” decision will be Final decision under all circumstances.
For setup performers will be given maximum 2 minutes, more than two minutes will cut their marks from performance.

Winners

Three ranks will be awarded in the Solo category, and three ranks will be awarded in the Group category.
