"Lens and Motions: A Fusion of Photography and Short Films" is an innovative event that brings together student creative for a dynamic exploration of visual storytelling. Participants are tasked with crafting both a captivating short film and a striking photograph, all inspired by a theme revealed through chance from a mysterious chit in a bowl. Join us for an unforgettable journey where lenses capture the essence of motion and emotion, unveiling narratives that resonate deeply with shared human experience.
Round:
• The Event consists of a single round.
• At the beginning of the event, each team leader will come forward to select a theme from the chit bowl.
• Create short film and picture based on theme received and submit within given time via pen drive.
• Shortlisted individuals will receive notification via the official Marwadi email ID.

- Judging Criteria :
Creative Ingenuity: We'll evaluate your entry based on its originality, inventive storytelling, and how well it aligns with the given theme. Make sure to let your creativity shine!
Technical Excellence: We'll closely assess the technical execution of your entry. Attention to detail, skillful implementation, and overall craftsmanship matter here.
Adherence to Guidelines: Following the rules is crucial. Entries failing to meet the guidelines will be filtered out during the judging process.
Impactful Presentation: Your entry's overall impact matters. Whether it leaves a lasting impression or resonates strongly, it contributes to its overall evaluation.
Finality in Judgments: Once the judges make a decision, it's final. Trust in the fairness of the process and the expertise of the evaluators.

Rules and Regulation
1. Eligibility:
The event is open to all current students of Marwadi University.
Participants have to enter with team containing Maximum 4 members and Minimum 1 members.
Participants Charge : Rs. 50 for each team member
Participants must carry a pen drive.
2. Submission Guidelines:
Short Films and Picture must be submitted within given time.
Each participated group can only submit one short film and one Picture.
Short Films and Picture should be submitted only in aspect ratio between 16:9 or 9:16.
Short Films should have a minimum frame rate of 30 FPS (frames per second) and minimum resolution should be 720pixels.
Short Films should be 90 Seconds compulsorily.
Ensure good video and audio quality.
Submissions with technical issues that hinder judging may be disqualified.
3. Content Guidelines:
Short Film and Picture should be suitable for a university audience and should not contain any kind of offensive, inappropriate or profaning content.
Any use of copyrighted material must be properly credited, or permission should be obtained.
4. Originality:
Short Films and Picture must be original works created by the participants.
Plagiarism or unauthorized use of other's work will result in disqualification.
5. Disqualification:
Entries violating any of the rules and regulations will be disqualified.
Any decision to disqualify an entry is at the discretion of the event organizers.
6. Event Organizers' Rights:
The event organizers reserve the right to modify the rules and regulations if necessary.
Any unforeseen circumstances affecting the event will be addressed by the organizers.
