Event Name : ThinkAThon

Event Brief :

ThinkaThon is a multi-level, competition designed by the Mind Lab to help students experience the power of focus, coordination, emotional balance, decision-making, and human values through engaging activities. The event follows a progressive elimination format, where participants move through four levels, each level testing different mental and behavioral skills. As the levels advance, the challenges become more demanding, requiring participants to think calmly, act mindfully, and work effectively. ThinkaThon is not a test of intelligence, but a journey that helps students understand how the mind works under pressure, distraction, and decision-making situations—all in a fun and experiential way. At the end of the event, three winners be declared: Winner First Runner-Up Second Runner-Up Each will receive a surprise gift.

Rules / Guidelines / Judging Criteria For ThinkAThon

- Judging Criteria :

The evaluation of participants will be based on performance, accuracy,  calmness, and values-based decision making across all four levels.

Each activity will be judged using predefined parameters. Scores will be recorded by Mind Lab coordinators/judges


 Overall Evaluation Parameters

Teams will be assessed on:

  1. Task Completion Accuracy

  2. Time Management

  3. Focus & Attention

  4. Emotional Control (Calmness under pressure


- Entry Rules & Guidelines :

Rules & Regulations

  1. All teams must report at the venue on time as per the schedule.
  2. Each level is mandatory; participants cannot skip any activity.
  3. The competition follows a knockout format. Only winning participant from a level will advance to the next level.
  4. Rules for each activity will be explained before the start of that level.
  5. Time limits must be strictly followed for each activity.
  6. Use of mobile phones or external assistance during activities is not allowed.
  7. Participants must maintain discipline, sportsmanship, and respectful behavior throughout the event.
  8. Any form of misconduct or unfair practice will lead to immediate disqualification.
  9. The judges’/Mind Lab coordinators’ decision will be final and binding.
  10. In case of a tie, a surprise tie-breaker activity will be conducted.
  11. The organizing team reserves the right to modify rules or activities if required for smooth conduct.
